Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery

The following conditions apply to deliveries within Germany as well as selected international shipments.

1. Standard Shipping within Germany

Shipping costs (including applicable VAT)

  • DPD or DHL Standard Shipping: €7.90 per order
  • DPD or DHL Standard Shipping for orders over €90: €5.99 per order

Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

2. International Shipping

For deliveries outside Germany, a flat shipping fee of €15.00 per order applies.

International shipments are sent exclusively with DPD. Actual delivery times depend on the destination country.

3. Express Shipping within Germany

For urgent shipments, we offer DPD Express delivery.

  • DPD Express: €14.00 per order
  • DPD Express for orders over €90: €12.90 per order

Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. are usually delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the next business day.

4. Chilled Products

For products that require refrigeration, we offer a dedicated Express shipping service to ensure freshness and product quality during transport.

  • DPD Express Chilled Shipping: €11.90 per order
  • DPD Express Chilled Shipping for orders over €90: €10.90 per order

In addition, chilled products are packed in special insulated thermal packaging. A flat fee of €5.00 applies whenever an order contains products from this category. This fee is automatically added to your shopping cart and displayed during checkout.

Delivery is usually completed on the next business day.

Important Notice: Please ensure that chilled shipments are accepted immediately upon delivery. We cannot accept liability for any loss of quality or spoilage resulting from delayed acceptance or collection of the parcel.

5. Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within 2–3 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. You can use the DHL or DPD tracking systems to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
