Adoro's vegetable cooking cream with 23% plant content offers the perfect consistency without the feeling of vegetable fats.
It's a reliable solution for your kitchen or business because it can withstand high cooking temperatures. It binds without dissolving in the heat, but can also be used mixed with lemons or wine. It can be used alone or in combination with seasonings for pasta dishes. For side dishes, it's recommended to apply the cream immediately after preparation.
It should be stored in a cool, dry place between 4 and 22 degrees Celsius. Once opened, it must be refrigerated and ideally consumed within 3-4 days.
