ORGANIC Moschofilero Zacharia white wine 2020 (750ml) Zacharia

Alcohol content: 11%

Tasting notes: Dry white wine.

Classification: Protected Geographical Indication Peloponnese.

Grape varieties: 100% Moschofilero.

Description: It is characterized by its gray-green color and freshness. It has a lively varietal aroma of flowers and citrus fruits on the palate and nose, with white rose, jasmine, and citrus fruits dominating. A fresh, crisp wine with a lingering aftertaste.

Vineyards: It was produced from organic grapes in Mantineia, which allows it to have the optimal organoleptic character of the polydynamic Moschofilero variety.

Harvest dates: end of September – beginning of October.

Vinification: Pre-fermentation cryoextraction for 5-6 hours for 50% of the final blend and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Served at: 7-9 C. with light Mediterranean appetizers.
