Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah.
Tasting Notes: A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The wine is aged in oak barrels and achieves a deep ruby red color. A red wine with aromas of vanilla and black fruits, with a sweet aftertaste.
Food pairing – Serving temperature: Ideal with hearty meat or fish terrines. Best served at 16-18°C.
