Tsililis Tsipouro is a traditional Greek pomace brandy that captures the essence of Thessaly—the region where Greece's first tsipouro was distilled. Made from aromatic grape varieties carefully sourced from selected local vineyards, this tsipouro is distilled using the time-honored method in small copper pots.
To ensure the highest quality, only the so-called "heart" of the distillate is collected during distillation – the purest part with particularly elegant aromas. Ideal as a digestif or with mezedes.
