Tasting Notes: Vinified by pre-fermentation extraction and low-temperature fermentation. Intense golden yellow color with aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, and caramel. Exuberant on the palate thanks to its rigorous acidity, it has a full structure and a long aromatic persistence.

Food pairing – Serving temperature: Pair with pasta with white sauces, grilled shrimp, fish, and poultry. Best served at 8-10°C.
