Anchovies in Oil (100g) Trata
Trata anchovies are exclusively caught in the waters of the North Aegean and processed with great care. After the necessary quality controls have been carried out, they are carefully cleaned and canned. The gentle preparation ensures that the anchovies, which feature firm and tender meat, remain enriched with all their natural nutrients. The addition of spices with natural aromatic ingredients makes for a very tasty product. Undoubtedly, the anchovy is one of the Greeks' favorite fish and is known for being low in fat, cholesterol, and calories, while containing high amounts of Vitamin B1 and B2. Anchovies are also a good source of iodine.
Store in a cool, dark place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
