Traditionelle griechische Dorfwurst mit aromatischem Oregano

Die Bauernwurst mit Oregano von Sary, auch als „Riganato“ bekannt, ist eine traditionelle griechische Dorfwurst („Choriatiko Loukaniko“) aus hochwertigem Schweinefleisch. Verfeinert mit aromatischem griechischem Oregano (Rigani), verbindet sie eine herzhafte Würze mit dem charakteristischen Kräuteraroma der mediterranen Küche.

Nach traditioneller karamanlidischer Rezeptur hergestellt, wird die Bauernwurst über Buchenholz schonend geräuchert und erhält dadurch ihr charakteristisches, fein rauchiges Aroma. Sie wird ohne Zusatz von Konservierungsstoffen hergestellt und mit Himalaya-Salz verfeinert.
