Feta (200g) Bafas
Bafas' original Greek feta is made exclusively from sheep and goat milk from select farms in the Epirus region. The milk undergoes strict quality controls and microbiological tests before being processed into this protected quality product (PDO). Bafas feta impresses with its rich yet mild flavor and balanced texture – a cheese with character and tradition.
It is an excellent side dish to a wide variety of dishes: classic Greek salad, spinach dumplings, omelets or simply on its own with olive oil and herbs.
