Banana fruit jelly (200g) – Jotis
Jotis' banana-flavored fruit jelly is a sweet, light dessert for all ages. The twin pack (2 x 100 g) makes up to 10 servings—ideal for the whole family or guests. The mild banana flavor makes it especially popular with children.
Simply prepare with hot water and top up with cold water, fruit juice, or compote juice as desired. After chilling in the refrigerator, it's ready to serve – plain or turned out of the mold. Optionally, add a little sugar for extra sweetness.
Preparation:
1. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200–250 ml of hot water
2. Optionally add 1 tbsp sugar
3. Add 200–250 ml of cold water, juice or syrup
4. Fill into molds and let it set in the refrigerator
