Graviera Proikas wird in Sohos, Thessaloniki, aus 100% griechischer Schafs- und Ziegenmilch lokaler Rassen hergestellt – nach traditionellem Rezept, ohne Konservierungs- und Zusatzstoffe. Durch die lange Reifung entwickelt er einen angenehmen Geschmack mit zartem, süßem Nachgeschmack.

Als Tischkäse ideal bei Zimmertemperatur, perfekt zu Wein, Obst und Nüssen oder in Salaten. Vielseitig verwendbar: als Saganaki gebraten, in Käse-Kroketten, Soufflés, Gratins oder gerieben über Pasta, Ofengerichte und griechische Spezialitäten wie Pastitsio.
