Original griechischer Abtropfjoghurt mit 5% Fett

Fage Total 5% ist ein klassischer griechischer Abtropfjoghurt mit besonders cremiger, fester Konsistenz und vollmundigem Geschmack. Für die Herstellung von einem Kilogramm Total Joghurt werden rund vier Liter frische Kuhmilch verwendet. Nach traditioneller griechischer Art abgetropft, entsteht so die charakteristisch dichte und cremige Textur.

Hergestellt aus frischer Milch, Sahne und lebenden Joghurtkulturen, kommt Fage Total ohne Zuckerzusatz, Konservierungsstoffe und Farbstoffe aus. Er schmeckt hervorragend pur oder kombiniert mit frischen Früchten, Honig und Nüssen. Auch für herzhafte Gerichte ist er vielseitig einsetzbar – beispielsweise für cremige Dips, Salatdressings und zahlreiche mediterrane Rezepte.
