Der Ouzo Samos Hera von Giokarini ist ein echtes Stück samischer Brenntradition. Die Destillerie wurde 1910 von Helena Giokarini gegründet, deren handgemachte Anisrezepturen unter dem Namen „Ouzo der Witwe“ berühmt wurden. Bis heute wird der Ouzo in der dritten Familiengeneration in Malagari auf der Insel Samos hergestellt.

Der Ouzo Hera entsteht durch eine sorgfältige Destillation in traditionellen Kupferkesseln. Natürliche Gewürze und Kräuter geben ihm sein komplexes, fein ausgewogenes Aroma. Er bekommt ausreichend Zeit, um seine charakteristischen Noten zu entfalten – ein Ouzo für Kenner und Genießer.

Am besten genießen Sie ihn bei Zimmertemperatur, damit sich sein vollständiges Aromenspektrum zeigt. Pur, auf Eis oder mit natürlichem Mineralwasser entfaltet der Ouzo Hera sein elegantes, kraftvolles Bouquet.
