Tasting Notes: White-yellow in color with greenish reflections. This dry white Retsina wine boasts aromas of pear, green apple, and honeydew melon, with background notes of lime, Chios mastic, and fresh resin. A modern wine, skillfully balanced between fruit flavors and the freshness of the resin.
Food pairing – Serving temperature: Ideal with typical dishes of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine: dishes rich in olive oil, vegetable dishes with pan-fried, grilled, or skewered meat, small fried fish and anchovies, as well as feta cheese and oregano. Best served at 10-12°C.
