Der Schafkäsesalat von Viosal, in Griechenland auch als Tyrosalata bekannt, ist eine pikante Käsecreme auf Basis von Feta, scharfer Paprika und ausgewählten Gewürzen. Hergestellt nach traditioneller Rezeptur, gehört diese Spezialität fest zur griechischen Mezedes-Kultur.
