Generous and well-crafted from the noble Xinomavros variety, it displays an intense cherry red color with shimmering reflections and an aromatic palette of velvety freshness on a strawberry and quince background with fresh herbs. A balanced wine with a rich body and a long finish.

Food pairing – Serving temperature: It pairs perfectly with artichoke-based dishes, mushrooms, and grilled goat cheese. Served at 12-14°C.
