Tsikoudia Kretaraki is a traditional Cretan pomace brandy made without the addition of anise – not to be confused with the Turkish raki of the same name. The art of distillation in Crete dates back to the 15th century and lives on in this high-quality product.

Made from various indigenous grape varieties, Tsikoudia Kretaraki impresses with a clear, intense flavor and a lingering, pleasant finish. The multifaceted bouquet is characterized by aromas of ripe grapes. During production, olive tree branches are used in the kettle to prevent the mash from burning—a traditional technique that lends the distillate a subtle, distinctive note.

Ideal as a digestif after a meal or as an accompaniment to Greek mezé.
