Tsililis' Aniseed Tsipouro is a traditional Greek pomace brandy that captures the essence of Thessaly—the region where Greece's first tsipouro was distilled. Made from aromatic grape varieties carefully sourced from selected regional vineyards, this tsipouro is distilled using the time-honored method in small copper kettles.
To ensure the highest quality, only the so-called "heart" of the spirit is collected during distillation – the purest part with particularly elegant aromas. In the aniseed version, a hint of Greek herbs gives the clear spirit its spicy and characteristic note. Ideal as a digestif or with mezedes.
