Die Weinblätter von Ktima Diamanti werden im Frühjahr sorgfältig geerntet, noch am Tag der Ernte pasteurisiert und in Salzlake eingelegt. Dank ihrer zarten Struktur eignen sie sich hervorragend für die Zubereitung traditioneller griechischer Dolmadakia.

Füllen Sie die Weinblätter nach Belieben mit Reis, Kräutern wie Petersilie, Dill oder Minze sowie Gewürzen. Auch eine Füllung mit Hackfleisch ist möglich. Anschließend in Wasser, Olivenöl und etwas Zitronensaft garen – für authentischen griechischen Genuss.
