The Roditis white wine from Kyryianni is a dry wine from Greece. This wine is characterized by intense yet refined aromas reminiscent of jasmine, white-fleshed peach, and apricot. These aromas are typical of the Malagouzia grape variety used in this wine.
The Kyryianni vineyards are located at an altitude of 700 meters in the Agios Panteleimon wine-growing region in northwestern Greece. This region belongs to the Amyntaio Designation of Origin. Wine production in this area averages no more than 800 kg per square meter. The sandy soils of the vineyards contribute to the production of wines of exceptional finesse and rich aroma.
The region's microclimate is characterized by cold winters and hot summers. However, the presence of four lakes in the area moderates the climate and favors the cultivation of white grape varieties. This microclimate creates ideal conditions for the cultivation of Roditis grapes and contributes to the development of the wine's characteristic aromas.
